1 Aviation Service Tariff (PJP)

2.1.1  Any aircrafts providing domestic/international flights passing the territory of Indonesia shall be subject to Aviation Service Tariff (PJP) based on the route unit;
2.1.2  The domestic / international aviation service tariff shall be determined based on the applicable regulations;
2.1.3  Airlines or aircraft operators failing to the meet the obligation to pay the Aviation Service Tariff as determined in the applicable regulation shall be subject to sanctions in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.   
2.2 Other Tariffs
Other tariffs related to the use of electricity, electricity power, water installation, telephone line, office room lease, executive lounge, waste water disposal, airport ID pass for staffs, vehicle pass sticker in apron, Driving License (TIM) in apron, location of Ground Support Equipment (GSE), parking of the car/motorcycle of the staff, airside license, airport waste water and air conditioner (AC) shall be stipulated in other tariff regulation which shall be regulated separately.
3   Tariff Discounts
3.1 Airport operator shall give discounts to aeronautical service tariffs to airlines or aircraft operator opening new routes or adding routes from and / or to the airport.
3.2 The amount of the aeronautical service tariff as intended in point 4.1 shall be in accordance with the applicable regulations as follows:
3.2.1  The Landing Fee, Parking Fee shall be 25% (twenty-five percent) of the tarif applicable for domestic and international flights;
3.2.2  The Aviobridge tariff shall be 25% (twenty-five percent) of the tarif applicable for domestic and international flights;
3.2.3  The Route charges shall be US$ 0,55 (zero point fifty-five dollars of the United States of America) for international flights.
3.3Return To Base (RTB) aircraft flight landing shall be subject to 50% (fity percent) of the applicable tariff.
3.4     Divert aircraft flight landing shall be subject to 50% (fifty percent) of the applicable tariff. 
3.5Joy flight aircraft flight landing shall be subject to 50% (fifty percent) of the applicable tariff.
3.6Aircrft flight landing for flying school, aerial photograph, survey shall be subject to 50% (fifty percent) of the applicable tariff.
3.7Aircraft flight landing for aircraft crew education, test flight shall be subject to 25% (twenty-five percent) of the applicable tariff.
3.8Aircraft flight landing for religious flight shall be subject to 25% (twenty-five percent) of the applicable tariff.

5   Payment
Airlines or aircraft operators must pay the airport charges with regard to the airport services used for landing, parking, aviobridge, counter, routes charges and other airport facility tariffs in accordance with the airport charges applicable in the airport.
The payment of the airport charges with regard to the utilization of airport service facility for unscheduled flights shall be made through the airport treasury office prior to the departure of the aircraft or in accordance with the written agreement between the airport operator and the airlines.
In the event of absence of the MWTOW Certificate, the payable tariff shall be calculated based on the MTOW in the database of the airport operator.  
The airport charges paid has include Value Added Tax (PPN) and Income Tax arising, and the parties shall comply with the applicable taxation regulation.
The airport operator shall issue airport charge invoice to the fligt operator on a monthly basis which must be paid by no later than 14 (fourteen) working days as of the receipt of the invoice.
6   Data
6.1 Airlines or aircraft operators shall be obligated to provide flight plan information, aircraft data, flight schedule from time to time to the airport operator, among other things:
6.1.1  The Flight plan;
6.1.2  Detailed information of the aircraft fleet including the Maximum Take Off Weight (MTOW).
6.1.3  Flight schedule (in UTC) of all aircrafts from the origin airport to the destination airport with the duration of the flight.
6.1.4  Passenger and cargo manifest.

6.2Airlines or aircraft operators or ground handling appointed must also provide data to the airport operator containing the detailed data of all aircrafts of the airlines by submitting the complete data on a timely manner. The accurate operational data should be submitted electronically in accordance with the IATA messaging and standard communication.
6.2.1  The operational data required shall include:
6.2.1.1  Aircraft regristation;
6.2.1.2  Flight Schedule (including flight number, aircraft type,   route and flight hour);
6.2.1.3  ETD dan ETA;
6.2.1.4  Contact stand block on block off Time;
6.2.1.5  Departure delay in the contact stand shall not be more than 15 (fifteen) minutes;
6.2.1.6  With regard to the change of flight number and regristation (including changes thereto);
6.2.1.7  Arrival and departure Load Distribution Messages (LDM)
6.2.1.8  Movement Messages (MVT)
6.2.1.9  Arrival and Departure Passenger Transfer Manifest (PTM)
6.2.1.10          Inbound connection list;
6.2.1.11          Passenger Service Charges (PSC) in airports cooperating with airlines or aircraft operators;
6.2.1.12          The data information may be submitted to:
